The past 4 years I have attended the ckc and we were in walking distance to the convention. However due to the rising cost of the meeting space, room rate and parking we will be doing this at a hotel in pineville is a few miles to the Light Rail which brings you right to the convention center at a cost of $3.70 round trip which is alot better than $10 to park and walk! Previously this has been a no frills crop however I think it would be fun to maybe add some games to the event this year to make things more fun! Food and Beverages will not be provided as it runs up the cost to much and we really want to keep this low cost for everyone so you can have more $$ to spend at the convention! But Breakfast is included in the rate for Saturday morning and sunday morning. Your room rate will be $111.79 with all taxes included.
We will have the Crop from from Friday at 9am to Sunday until 3pm
The crop fee for this event is $50.00 your $20 non refundable deposit is required and it includes your table space, goodie bag, chocolate, and non stop cropping from 10am on Friday to 3pm on Sunday!! Final payments are due by Aug. 1st. 2012
