It's so versatile, easy to use, reasonable priced and it comes in many, many colors. So I thought I would use it to make some fun embellishments for my layout below. I outlined the hot air balloon and my title banner using twine and made little twine circles accents for my page. I also used it on my journaling tag.
Up and away by Tena Ellison. Supplies - Patterned Paper: American Crafts,

Die Cuts: Cricut & Graphically Speaking cartridge; Punch: Martha Stewart; Title Font:

This was a quick layout to put together and the twine just added some fun and colorful elements. With all the bright colors of summer it's a great time to try using twine on your next paper project!
**Tip for twine circles** to keep the twine from unraveling while adhering to cardboard, tie a know at the end and start at the center of your cardboard circle.
Loving the gorgeous details with the twine!
