Chicken is one of the most versatile, cost-effective foods ever. It's lean, packed with protein and it's loaded with B vitamins. It's so versatile that you could probable make a different meal for each day of the month. Whoa, that's a lot of chicken!
When buying chicken, try to buy organic free-range when possible, it's healthier than factory-farm chickens that are cooped up, injected with antibiotics and hormones...remember you are what you eat.

So when planning your meals for the rest of the month why not pull out your favorite chicken recipe or try a new chicken dish. And even though I'm not the biggest fan of chicken, one of my favorite ways to prepare and enjoy chicken is pictured in the layout above. It's simply delicious stuffed with lemons, oranges, onions and seasoning, then baked until golden and juicy...best of all the baking bag does all the work.
