Hi everyone! I hope you had a great weekend, and you had warmer weather! It was great here locally, and it made me long for days where I can finally shed my heavy winter coat, turn up my car radio, and open the sunroof! So much so, that its the inspiration behind this week's challenge! This week the theme is:
Dreaming of Spring
Spring is around the corner, so chase those winter blues away with pastel colors, patterns and/or those Spring stamps and punches for a special card, LO, mixed media or altered project this week!
So on to some of the projects from last week's "Anything Goes" challenge! Several of the participants shared wonderful scrapbook pages! Here's a peek:
Shalana created this great page! Loving the colors and design! Check out her blog to see more cool details on this layout!
Treva created this page for the Black History Bingo challenge over on SOC. She shares more about her inspiration behind this scrapbook page on her blog HERE.
Finally, Candace, a newbie to the Blogger Challenges, posted this cute page over in the SOC gallery! I love pocketed page layouts, especially with adorable little ones like in her page above!
As the theme states, this challenge was "Anything Goes," so I love this wonderful berry box project from Deirdre! Very cute as decor or a gift for someone special!
Thanks to all of you who participated in last week's challenge! I really love everyone's twist to the themes each week, and this one was no exception! If you haven't had the chance to participate this year, come out and join us for the Dreaming of Spring challenge! Simply post a direct link to your project in the comments below, in SOC's Blogger Challenge forum, or in the SOC gallery. Be sure to link back to this post and mention that it is for the SOC Blogger's Challenge. That's all I have for today! Take care, and Happy Crafting!
