Sending Some Love

Hi everyone.. Happy New Year as this is my very first post for the New Year 2013. I hope your year has started out Blessed. How many resolutions have started, stopped or have been a start of something great. I my self did not may any resolutions, as I never keep them past the end of the month.
Well as for my post today, I thought I would get us all on a jump start to our next Holiday (well really not a holiday).. Valentine is right around the corner, So I made two cards to give you all a little inspiration for those of us that have not quite started on that route as yet!
Here is a look at the two cards.. I started with two 3x4 cards.. I think the smaller cards are great for co-workers or teachers.. I used Two gorgeous "Love Themed" stamps from Unity Stamp Co.
Here is my First card.. for both cards I stared with Kraft card stock. DP is from MME "Love Me 6x6 paper pack. I love this stamp. I get a new one in the mail every week so it's I am always happy to see what the new image will look like.. And this one is on top of the list. I stamped it twice once on white card stock and a second time right on top of the DP it self. I colored this first one with my prisma and oms then I cut it out and layered it. I used my Martha Stewart Heart punch for the boarder and finished off with some red twine and my gorgeous button from Recollections  Michael's is really bringing out some great craft supplies with Recollections. Sentiment is apart of the set..
For my Second card I used the same DP from MME. Love this pack and have had it for a while. This stamp set was one of the First stamp set that I purchased from Unity.. I have had it for over a year now, but have not used it before.. I stamped the image right on kraft card stock with Memento Rich Cocoa. This card was very easy to put together..  just some more red twine and a cute little heart shaped button.

I hope you enjoyed my cards. And if you have not started or have gotten some of your Valentine cards. Done I would Love to See them.. As Always if you have any questions or comments please let me know, I love hearing from you all and I appreciate you taken the time to stop by.

Have a Crafty Month,

Sharette
